Dive Training is available from Independent Instructors at Ginnie Springs. We will work as a referral service to help meet your training needs. All of the instructors are independent contractors, and the terms of each course are established directly between you and the instructor. Because none of the instructors are its employees, Ginnie Springs Outdoors is not responsible to you for the actions of any instructor. Specialty dive training such as Apprentice, Full Cave and Nitrox, just to name a few, can also be arranged directly with one of our Independent Instructors.
Please contact one of the instructors to arrange for dive training and specialty courses. Please plan as far ahead as possible. Last-minute requests are difficult to accommodate.

Autumn Jefferson
With over 20 years of cave diving experience and professional certifications from SDI, TDI, and NAUI, Autumn has been teaching scuba since 2003. As a NAUI Instructor Trainer and TDI Intro to Tech/Cavern Instructor, she specializes in creating safe, exciting, and educational dive experiences. Whether you’re exploring the crystal-clear waters of Ginnie Springs or advancing your dive skills, she’ll make sure every dive is both fun and unforgettable. Timmy Young
With over three decades of experience, Timmy has been diving since 1985 and teaching since 1990. As a Cave Instructor and an Instructor Evaluator, he holds the ability to train and certify divers at a professional level in all environments. He holds professional certifications with SDI, TDI, PADI, NSS-CDS, and NAUI. His expertise in both recreational and technical diving ensures that every dive is not only safe but also packed with valuable knowledge. Whether you’re refining your skills or exploring the breathtaking underwater world of Ginnie Springs, diving with him is an educational and unforgettable experience!

Discover Scuba
Do you want to try scuba diving but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course? Then Discover Scuba is for you. While not a scuba diving certification course, Discover Scuba is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.
To sign up for the Discover Scuba diving experience, you must be at least 12 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health. To schedule a Discover Scuba experience, contact one of our independent instructors.
